i have the same problem, and i had it before... i can't start the game over and over. it's the second time when i log in and the game starts from level 1. i am very dissapointed.
The team is aware of the issue and is working on it. Please submit a ticket with your device/platform and Customer Care will help you with recovery. (We have no visibility into your account here in the forums).
