Problem with new tournament

I bought a gun for 790 gold in the second region in the tournament "Wild Rage". After completing one of the missions - the game took off. When i login to the game again - the gun was gone, but progress remained passage, gold and silver for the gun for completed missions have not returned.
Why is this happening and how can I get the gun back?
