We just pushed out a data update that should fix all Sprint users that were getting weird screens going into a mission that prevented them from playing. Turns out Sprint was trying to be helpful and modifying them to be better for mobile web viewing experiences. However that is not so useful for you all as it made the file unusable by the game. We've modified our files so that Sprint will no longer try to do this on our game files.
Thank EVERYONE for submitting Helpshift tickets as we were finally able to see the common thread through them that identified it was only Sprint users.
There is a very small subset of players who might still be unable to play. This is due to a file that is corrupted that stops the game before we can update it. We have a fix for those players but it will not be available until our next binary update. That will be out early November.
For all non-Sprint users you will get a 0.3 mb update that will have no effect on you. This was a fix for the Sprint users.
