Debug console appearing on Ipad with latest IOS release

It started in Region5 and is in Region 6 - it appears to be a debug console with either white or red text , playhaven content dismissed and on the upper left side a toggle menu and on the upper right close console. Whatever it is, it's a real pain in the *** to try to get rid of it.:mad::mad:
