"Can't find an opponent for you"

When I try to start a CTS match, I frequently get a message saying something along the lines of "Sorry, we can't find an opponent for you at this time." That by itself would not be a problem; it's bound to happen. When it does, however, it also takes the energy you would have used, kills your winning streak, and sometimes takes a star away. It's especially painful in upper-level tournaments. Does anyone else feel that this is a rather poor thing to do to us?
(No, I do not have wifi/hardware issues.)

It's better than it was before but yes it is an issue it did happen to me five or six times in the silver tourney and twice when I was one win away from finishing, this is probably the most frustrating unresolved programming error

I agree this is very frustrating. We shouldn't be penalized a life because we can't find an opponent. You would think that the life could easily be added back when this happens.
