Event's Region 1 Ar cannot be used in region 1 Alaska

Glu created such a beautiful assault rifle for region 1 at 1000 silver coins..of coz i bought it..But the problem here is that I CAN'T USE THAT AR IN ALASKA AT ALL!! so seriously u build a gun for us to buy but don't allow us to use?? that dont seem logic at all..can GLU do something?
