I subscribed last week and everything was fine, but when it renewed it took my money and magically im blocked.
Users in other posts say they had this happen, and one stated 5 days and no effect.
I contacted technical support a week ago and got the standard, "leave a message and we'll get back to you".
Until this issue is fixed i am just stuck here, angry as hell, 3 dollars down, and nothing to do.
Either A hire some god **** beta testers for issue solving, or B get more tech staff on, you're company is acting like a gofundme project.
