In game files not downloading

The in game files are not downloading in DH18, I am on a iPhone 6 and using 4G to download but it doesn’t work, I’ve tried downloading with WiFi but that doesn’t work either. When I am talking about ”in game files” I mean like regions that I have to download. I also tried uninstalling and installing the game again but that didn’t work either. Anyone that could help me out? Thank you.
