anybody else not getting their dog tickets?

In the last 2 days I have acquired over 40 dog tickets and none show in the amount available. How can this be fixed?

    Well,it just got more interesting. If I do dog hunts,I get the dog tickets. I am not getting the dog tickets for playing the mutation madness event.
