Bugs when The Game of Thorns?

Is there anyone who don't get reward when The Game of Thorns ended? The 1st place reward is Grandma's Summer outfit.
So, in my case I didn't get my reward. Why I ask a question here? Because I get the 1st place in my account at that event. But when The Game of Thorns ended, I just load into The Game of Thorns, AND ITS FREEZING FOR A LONG TIME. So I restart my game. When I getting into the game, I didn't even get my reward UNTIL NOW. So frustating! I've spend a lots of my money for the Summer Event, it only 1 left to completing my decorative sets for my Momentos😭
