Customer service is awful and won’t give me my game back

I lost my game during an iOS update nearly 2 weeks ago. Customer service won’t give me my game back because my user ID doesn’t “match” the amount of gems and coins that I estimated to have. It was just an estimate, as I didn’t have it all memorized. Any advice? I’m reading reviews where people complain about customer service calling them liars.
