unsure of chapter and level.

I am unsure of the chapter and level. I think its chapter 19 level 20. I just completed a task and moved to a cut seen and shakes says he wishes he had some items from his mothers baby mustache collection. then it moves to see pedestals and it won't load forward, I can't get to a menu. I have forced stop app, cleared cache, and uninstalled and reinstalled, I want to play and can't and it is driving me nuts, it the main game I play. Any suggestions? I am playing on my Galaxy s9 plus, android, phone.
