I still don’t have seasons. I’m starting to get a little annoyed now, I’ve reached out to customer services and 2/3 moderators and have had no response from the mods and customer service are still trying to accuse me of hacking. I used to love this game, I’d play everyday day, spend my money on it and put in a lot of hard…

Is there any update at all for when the rest of us are getting seasons? I’m redoing the same story lines all over again and it’s so boring. There’s nothing for me in this game anymore.

There is a Facebook group with people who have got hacked games and still received seasons, I’ve never hacked and have worked and spent a lot of money on my game and still haven’t received seasons but because I’ve still not got it I’m accused of hacking still. This really isn’t fair to the people who are honest players

I’ve just had a thought- Since I have no third parties affecting my game and because I use the offers a lot to get KStars then that can be the only suspicious activity I can think off that’s got me accused of hacking.

I’ve had this game save since 2016. I have worked incredibly hard for everything I have on it and have spent hundreds if not thousands of pounds on it. I’m so annoyed that I’ve been accused of hacking

I’m embarrassed to say I’ve also spent hundreds if not thousands on this game since 2014, I’ve tried contacting Glu and still nothing from them. I’m gonna be so angry if they accuse me of hacking 😭

I still don’t have seasons, I wrote to customer support about it, over 15 hours ago and still haven’t heard anything back from them but now I’ve looked at the forum I’m probably going to be accused of hacking 🙃🙃

You really need to look into hiring new customer service staff. I’ve been playing this game since it came out and not once have they ever helped with any problem I’ve had, they just blame me for my problems and accuse me of having bad wifi
