Getting 22 over to 23 emails verification

Been playing this game for 4 years always used same email dcrawford0215@gmail.com but when logging on in 23 it states not valid and freezing up? Any advice how to correct send via email. As 23 is not working. Thanks

Sometimes you have to go to settings and re verify your email to link your game, I had to hope this helps.

I’m having same issue and made vip ticket which they follow up every few days that they are looking into it which is odd
