One month in…..STILL no access to my VIP team

Somehow, my account has been linked to another players team. Which was revealed when I lost access to 2023 because “I logged in on another device”. Now I have access again, but it appears that the other player doesn’t. A months worth of “we’re sorry….waiting for an update from the team….please be patient”. All it would take is a developer to check, but I guess that’s a big ask for a level 23 VIP team. Unreal.
