CVC for noon October 4th

Still waiting on response about not receiving the boxes for winning the CVC. Nobody on our team got them. I was also suspended for 30 minutes. Happened to a ton of people. I've spoken to some and they've been compensated. Also I received the wrong Marte boxes and have not been compensated. Any idea what to do next?
