Hello Costanza - If you're referring to a customer support ticket, you can find your support ticket and all customer experience agent replies under your in-game Settings (scroll down to the button "Customer Care"). Customer support will not use in-game chat to communicate.
If you're talking about your Inbox News, please note those are announcements made by the developers.
I have a suggestion. Update everyone on why the game isn't working and refund the money people spent on chances at resources and players that were supposed to last up to 2 weeks and didn't even last 1 full week.
