Respond to your customers emails and not 3:30 AM in the in game chat when they aren’t notified of the chat.

    Hello Costanza - If you're referring to a customer support ticket, you can find your support ticket and all customer experience agent replies under your in-game Settings (scroll down to the button "Customer Care"). Customer support will not use in-game chat to communicate.

    If you're talking about your Inbox News, please note those are announcements made by the developers.
