New Update not working

Hi, I recently updated EW2 and after the update was complete I cannot open it anymore. It says it stopped working. I am using a Nexus 4. Any thoughts on this?

Follow up on this. After a few research I found that article below on how to delete a package file. It never says anything about the specific file to delete so I ended up deleting the whole folder. I have read that it is safe because you did not uninstall the game. If I did it right, it says I need to reinstall the game. How? When I try to open the game it still has that error message. Please help
