50% Upgrade offer fails.

Hi folks I've been attempting to take advantage of the 50% upgrade offer but repeatedly get a message that I don't have enough credits.

Which isn't the case I've got over double the credits for the discounted rate and plenty of gems as well.

Anyone else experiencing this problem?

The game in question is Eternity Warriors II.
