Is there a way to use the dance ability in a way that can help you? It seems pretty useless.

    its used as a breather to give you time to run away or time to get closer and do seriious damage

    I use it cause i press that button by mistake instead of the defend button

    The other things are true but you can't really run away due to the speed at which you move.
