I got 3 sets of Rage potions for 40 gems each. Not bad! Trivial for all you guys with your thousands of everything :P

Also got a Mystery Helm, Legs, and Belt for 40 each.

I'm thinking I'll probably spend the next 120 gems each for the last 2 pieces. Cheers!
