Problem with PvP (my device is not jailbroken)

I can not play pvp´s tournament.
When I tray to go there I can read a message that says "Jilbroken devices con only join practice games.
My device is not jailbroken and it has been never jailbroken.
Can anyone help me?

Same for me. I think it was already mentioned that's because of root. I hope they will fix it soon. I am regular player without cheating and it's really sucks that I can not play PVP tournaments.
