Reset IOS for Tournament pvp and Game Stucks @ Loading!!!

Hello Glu Gm & EW2 community!
Its been A while sinced The PvP Ver.Updated.
I couldnt Play pvp tournament bcus Error msg: ''Jealbrokens phones can only play in Practice Mode''
Yesterday itook a rick tried to reset my iphone 4s and i restored to see if i get any lucks for tournament.but its failed on me.
After reset it completed , i loaded the game and its stucks @ (Checking version loading) mode.
have any of you guys had got in to this issue b4 and know how to fix this .
please help me guys ,Thanks in advanced
