Data loss

I am finally able to play this game after it constantly freezing up and force closing. However, a lot of my data has been lost despite the fact that I saved to the cloud. I have gone from level 58 to 56 and lost my most recent upgrades on my armour. The most annoying thing is losing most of the final skills (7/9) which are 50k each. I am considering quitting this game permanently unless a moderator or developer can help me with this...
