How can i get the devil helm and shoulders

Anyone know why the devil helm and shoulder is not on shops? How can i get the helm and shoulders? They are not on it.its on sale right now but the helm and shoulder is not on the shops. Help me please.tnx alot

    Go to option menu and switch on weak weapon and armor and then check your shop again, like laupik said you are late to got 50% offer.
