i was lvl 49 and now lvl 1 ???????

hi any one can help me please i was lvl 49 playing on the Samsung phone and wake up in morning to start the game and all what i had gone and i have to start again from lvl 1
any one know any link or something i can write about this problem and sort out if its possible .many thanks
