Can't pvp or unbind GC account!

It won't let me pvp says I'm not using the right GC account but my phone was reset so now I have new GC account so am I screwed?

    I have the same problem. Had to restart game from level one several times because mine was deleted and can't play pvp because it says that the account is not the same. I only have one account but glu took all the info and they never respond. Can anyone help?

    I got the same issue too guys .I pressed the unbind GC account button.
    and kept saying that the account is not the same , please sign in defferent acct and try again,
    What the heck?
