very easier to solve your problem what your OS ? iOS or Android both same before following step make sure you are backing up you savefile to icould or android cloud then uninstall and reinstall back the game you would found this happen repeating appear anymore from your device. thisis only solution to handle your issue it cause possible some error on file or corruption may result as you show on photo here. hope it help you guys
