How long does it take for the Cloud to save a game?

Like the title said. I tried to reinstall my game, due to some bugs on my phone whict had impackt in my game. I saved, waited some days., Then reinstalled EW2. But now my char is bumped back from lvl 55 to 25, and progress lost.
Do i keep tryin to load the saved game, or is the progress lost?
