I factory default my phone then i downloaded the game,..how can i restore my account from the record of pvp??i cant play pvp any more because of my character is permanently link to pvp but my character is gone..my email is michaeltumagan@gmail.com i didnt save my account to cloud .

Unfortunately you cant get back your data if you did not back it up anywhere. Sorry man.
