Rightfully V1.0 should be rolled out globally, not sure why it hasn't.
It won't let me change stores since I have a credit, unless I spend the credit. It's like twenty dollars and I don't won't to spend It on other games I want use it to buy gems. I'll have to wait until it's in the American stores. Thanks for the help.
