Unbreakable gear

I'm looking to find all the unbreakable gear. Can I farm it all from nian or is some found other places? I have the helmet from nian. Please help if you can

    L Nian only drops the unbreakable helmet. All the others unbreakable except ring are drops from L Nentherborn.
