Hi all

So while i was waiting for my 20 day ticket to get a replay i created a second ticket because of the long waiting time.

My first ticket was handled by this guy: ASIM

My second ticket was handled by: Kathleen

Both the tickets has the same issue and the same info. While ASIM was unable to grasp the problem and said it was impossible to recreate the data? ( This is funny as my data is not lost i just needs to be moved )

Kathleen was able to actually read the ticket and explained that they could move the data between 2 devices and 2 accounts but it would take some time.

My point is, make sure that your ticket is handle by somebody who care enough to even read the ticket and that you might get different replies base on the competence of the person who is handling your ticket.
