Unannounced Maintenance

It would be nice to know there will be a maintenance, short or long, before logging in today only to be denied access to the game. From poor ticket turn time to very little effort in fixing bugs, there needs to be a complete overhaul in GLU management. This is borderline pathetic. I have never seen a more mismanaged company, gaming or otherwise.
