    Armor randomly disappears all the time. For monk, I've only seen his hair disappear. For Mage, I've seen her without shoulders and hair before.

    I think it's a memory issue. When you click on different items in your box when it's overloaded the program hangs a little and like eternitywarrior stated above, wierd things happen.
