HELP Jade forest and beast king offering

Ive just recently got to above 7500 gs to start farming jade forests risen ronin for the storm wings but hes gone!!!! Im wondering how long it will be before the boss is back ? I had my heart set on storm wings and would like to know if i have a second chance to get them at a later date? And also when will the beast king offering be back ? I wanted to buy the phoenix wings and the bloodmoon phoenix wings, will they ever be brought back into the game? As them items were all i was really interested in getting, now they have been removed i feel like i have lost the will to play again
