stolen ship tokens

i was just about to let this go once but since it happened again , im going to let you guys know. I was about to play endless after waiting for my ship tokens to be refilled, and when i started to play, i ended up having a network connection issue and when i clicked retry it said i have no more ship tokens to start with. Not only did it happen once , but twice, the second time, my connection was working properly. Anyhow , why should the ship tokens be taken away when you weren't able to play the tower in the first place, that's just so unfair for a patient player like me. Please fix this, and is there a chance i can get my ship tokens back. A reply from the admin would very much be appreciated , tnx ..
