Game Crashing After Level Completion

My game crashes every time I complete a level. I kill the boss, the countdown goes to 0, the grade for the level appears then about 1 second later, the game closes and restarts. I end up with the loot and experience, but I don't get to advance to the next area. The game worked fine for the first 3 areas while going through the tutorial, but now it has stopped working.

Any thoughts?
