BUG: Frostbite cave quest not getting credited.

My warrior has a quest called "Kill Frost Fang Spider Queen in Frostbite Cave: 0/3" I hit the Fight button, go to the cave. Kill everything and go back to the quest screen and find the exact same Quest still in the "0/3" status.

Anyone else?

    Did you make sure that you are doing the correct Mode? Normal Mode or Legendary Mode. Click on the shields that have the letters A, B or C in them to change it.
