*** 2000 error!!!

So after taken a break from the game I find there is an update so I updated then in game when trying the free gem offers I get error message saying 20000: unknown error... What the hell is that all about? Any one else had this since update?

Jailbreak? My device isn't jail broken, its a brand new ASUS nexus 7 second generation out the box, never even been reset yet! And I can watch the videos perfectly fine.. The problem is that I watch or do a survey for free gems the after I come out of the free gem offers page it accesses network like it does to credit the gems earned but a message pops up saying "20000: error unknown" and this started after the update...
