So I have a suggestion what about all of us send loads of tickets reporting hackers and moders that way Glu will notice and maybe do a step towards the hacking problem

That's a great idea! Then the Customer Care team who has no control over hackers and no ability to remove the hackers will be flooded with tickets and won't be able to answer individual questions about currency/billing issues, account recovery or any of the other things that effect the other thousands of people across games who need help. So not only will they be unable to do anything about the leaderboards, but they will also be prevented from helping anyone else. Great idea.
