The same thing happened to me right after the update.....so I cleared cache and ram....then uninstalled the game...restated my phone then reinstalled the game and it worked fine
Thanks for the update, Now i have lost my game. I have lost my character, gems, whole invertory and now im back to lvl 1. I know im not the highest player but I was lvl 44, i have devoted a lot of time to this and now all for nothing.

Some Android users have reported getting an "update failed" message after updating to EW3 2.0.0. A new update is now live so please update and the issue should be resolved.
