PVP Powered items

How are they working? Has anybody tried them? I've got several blue items, but i don't its reasonable to swap godlies with them. From PVP % power, i think they might work the same way as runes

    Curios on this as well – I got the red bordered lvl44 Cursed Blade of Kilic w/PVP stats. Not sure if it would beat out something like MM/Oni Blade in the arena.
