Can you please extend the search range in pvp

While sitting in 2nd place-4th place, I have to wait around 30-45minutes to get a match. It seems I'm limited to around 20 ranks on top of my rank meaning I either wait forever or change servers to 400-600 ping lag horribly and lose while still waiting 20-30minutes for a match. Either after a certain search time look for closer gear score matches or extend it to say 40 ranks below when there are under 10 possible ranks above you? I'm struggling to use my tickets up which isn't going to make you guys any money! :cool:
