Class swapping in pvp (ADMIN)

Question for admin or anyone that has class swapped in pvp. My mage is currently at 5th shield and i was gonna try out monk for giggles. I noticed that his rank is at 9th shield. Even though my name is the same of course and tickets are shared by all classes. Question is if i enter arena as monk at this point will it reset my shield to 9? Or bump his up to match mage where i left off with her.

Yes it'll take over from where that character started at. You could however go back to your mage and play a match and be at 5th shield again.

Ok thanks guys. So the leader board just shows highest shield any of your characters have gotten. Figured id give some other classes a go then. No way in hell im gonna be able to place high enough to get a couple rune offerings anyway.

This is an unfair thing.
You are forced to play only one char since the tops are not based on AP but on ranking.
I am aprox at place 600 on AP points but only 1800 or so on ranking, this means that I get no prize.
