Ghost player in our guild-admiin help

Good evening gents, we have a ghost member in our guild and even with the update it shows us being full at 49/50. I know there was a thread to fix this somewhere but I don't see it now. Our guild is Nymphos and the player IGN is Jaquio. We would greatly appreciate the assistance.

Some other person has also posted a similar complaint in the hackers thread, i believe glu must be aware of this by now.
