FYI: making GLU a dirty word has a cost

I just responded to a town chat from a noob. S/he wanted to know what to do because a gem purchase failed but then s/he got an email confirming the purchase.

I referred them to support@glu.com but of course my efforts at being a good netizen were penalized.
