It says it will take several days for a respond from glu to talk about why my account changed from lv50, 27,21 to all level 1. I need my acc back, because I really like Eternity warriors 3.

You have two options- wait out the ban or submit a ticket via email.

For iOS and general support: support@glu.com
For Android support: androidsupport@glu.com

If you've been permanently banned (which happens after a temporary ban), you'll need to submit a ticket.
