iOS 2.1 update help

i went on the chinese forums and saw that gluchina made a thread about the iOS update. I do not speak chinese, so i used a translator, but it hardly helped. Can anyone explain what this is about? It's something about the update being submitted and it takes 7-10 days is all i got out of it (if it was translated correctly).

Previous submission was rejected by Apple. They need to re-submit (change details or rejection reason not mentioned) and will take another 7-10 days for the approval process by Apple.

.... So dun expect any update this week.
